Terms of Service
Effective 28 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Creelbook, a private fishing logbook for Android, published by Loadcircle Ltd (England and Wales). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run Creelbook on devices you control, through Google Play. The log you write belongs to you; the app is licensed, not sold, to you.
The free tier and Pro
- Free: unlimited catches, waters, tackle and companions, catch photos, the figures summary, and JSON + CSV export and restore — with or without Pro.
- Pro (one-time purchase or auto-renewing monthly / yearly subscription through Google Play) adds the full figures and bait analysis, the year chart, the printable season ledger (PDF) and CSV import.
- No part of your existing log is ever removed or locked if a subscription lapses. The analysis tools pause; the record does not.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, managed in your Google Play account settings. One-time purchases are permanent for the account that bought them. Prices are set and collected by Google Play.
Acceptable use
The app is a personal record. Fishing and trespass laws, water byelaws and licence requirements in your area are yours to follow; the app records catches and does not legalise anything.
No warranty; liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadcircle Ltd is not liable for lost data beyond what free export could have preserved, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time; your log lives on your device and export lets you take it with you. We may withdraw the app from sale, but copies already installed keep working and your data stays yours.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
